Brenda Babcock

Brenda Babcock has always had a love of Europe. Since childhood in central Minnesota she sought out the latest Italian and French fashion magazines, dreaming one day of visiting, and perhaps working in, those capitals of design and refined tastes.

Brenda was a Director at Vera Wang for eight wonderful years. She was responsible for both the Vera Wang bridal salon on Madison Avenue and the creation and opening of the Vera Wang Bridesmaids store in New York City.

Prior to that Brenda worked for Chanel for five years in sales in New York. With her lifelong European dream still vivid in her mind, Brenda took a three month break from her career in New York to go to Italy to learn the language and bask in the ancient culture. She fell in love with the country and its people, particularly the city of Rome, and has now lived there for seven years.

After working with other wedding planners in Italy, she set up italiacelebrations to provide the same level of service and exacting high standards to her clients as she had done in New York.
